Make Up Policy

If my child misses a class how can we make it up?

Students are charged four classes monthly. If a child misses a class (for any reason) he/she may make it up in another class of the same level. If there are 5 Thursday in a month, for example,  and you miss a class, or we are closed for a class, you will not need a make-up, because you received 4 classes.  Call the front office to schedule your child’s make up class. One makeup per month is allowed.

Payment Due Date and Methods

Your monthly tuition is due by the first class each month. You can pay by cash, check, visa or mastercard. We require a two week notice if you are going to drop.  Please notify the desk, not the coach. We will reserve your spot in the class and continue to bill, unless you let the front desk know. Registration is due annually and you will receive a reminder.

GAA Inclement Weather Closings.
GAA, morning classes will close with Cobb County schools when it is for ice on the roads. We will close for all classes beginning before 1:00PM. We will make a decision for the afternoon and evening classes and post them on the website or you can call the gym to find the status. GAA makes informed weather calls based on the most current and available weather updates available to us. We make the call based on the weather in Kennesaw. If you are outside this area please be safe and follow your weather conditions before venturing out to the gym. Our make-up policy is very liberal and you can schedule a make-up class for any class missed.

Private Lessons

Any student wishing to schedule a private lesson must be attending a regular weekly class. We should have a current registration card and a current/paid registration fee.

If you want to schedule a private lesson, we will take your name and number and have the requested coach give you a call to set it up. Not all coaches do private lessons.

Private lessons – 1 hour – $45

30 minutes – $30

Semi-Private Lessons – 1 hour – $55

30 minutes – $45

Semi-Private lessons are for 2 students and no more
