Sport Conditioning
Sports conditioning is a program developed to enhance an individual’s strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, speed and power, which can be carried over into sports.
Total Body Workout:
- We use our Gymnastics equipment for polymetrics, strengthening, flexibility, body awareness and aerobics.
- Circuits are set up with specific exercises to adress the areas we are working on that day. Participants get a total body workout by rotating to each station
- The Sports Conditioning Program doesn’t teach gymnastics. Our program allows athletes to train in the “off season” or to get ready for the “pre-season”.
