Sport Conditioning

Sports conditioning is a program developed to enhance an individual’s strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, speed and power, which can be carried over into sports.

Total Body Workout:

  1. We use our Gymnastics equipment for polymetrics, strengthening, flexibility, body awareness and aerobics.
  2. Circuits are set up with specific exercises to adress the areas we are working on that day. Participants get a total body workout by rotating to each station
  3. The Sports Conditioning Program doesn’t teach gymnastics. Our program allows athletes to train in the “off season” or to get ready for the “pre-season”.
