Tumbling and Tramp

Our tumbling and trampoline classes are for students who want to “flip”. The focus is on progressive training on the floor and trampoline skills. Tumbling and trampoline are the ultimate teaching tools for body awareness, muscular control and overall fitness.

We recognize that kids love to jump on the trampoline and that they need exercise to be healthy. Getting children to exercise though can be difficult. You won’t need to convince them to exercise on the trampoline. It is a great form of aerobic exercise and has been used to train astronauts. After years of increasing popularity, in 1999, it became an official Olympic sport.
